PLACING ORDERS AND SHIPPING —
• Orders are shipped five days a week, Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 2:30 PM (CST) are
shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM (CST) will be shipped the next business day.
DISCOUNT POLICY —
• In any calendar month, accounts spending over $3,000* in products will receive a 10% credit at the
beginning of the following month. The $3,000 does not need to be placed in one order and can be
placed in multiple orders. The credit will be available the first day of the following calendar month.
Credits do not need to be used in the month that they were issued and can be carried forward. Any
discounted amounts will not be used to determine eligibility for the monthly credit.*
DROP SHIPPING DIRECT TO PATIENT —
• CHK Nutrition offers drop shipping to residential addresses for patients under a healthcare
professional’s active care. Under all circumstances, the exact cost of shipping will be charged.
METHODS AND TERMS OF STANDARD SHIPPING —
• All orders in the United States are shipped via FedEx Express (most orders arrive in 2 to 3 business
days).
• Orders over $300 are shipped free of charge. Excludes drop shipping orders and international orders.
(In Alaska & Hawaii, orders over $400.00 are shipped free of charge).
• Orders under $300 are charged $9.00 for shipping. (In Alaska & Hawaii, orders under $400.00 are
charged $20.00 for shipping.)
• Any shipments outside of the United States are charged the exact cost of shipping. Please contact
CHK Nutrition for information regarding shipments outside of the United States.
• FedEx overnight & two-day delivery are available. Accounts are billed the actual cost of shipping.
TERMS OF PAYMENT —
• The account may pay by credit card (Discover, MasterCard or Visa) at the time the order is placed.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY —
• Any product found to be defective may be returned for credit provided the account has called CHK
Nutrition prior to returning the product. The product must be returned within one week (7 days) of
receiving the shipment.
• Products may be retumed for an in-house credit. The product must be unopened and returned within
30 days of the date of sale. CHK Nutrition must be called prior to returning the product. A 20%
restocking fee will be charged.
* i.e. if the purchase total is $3,000.00 and the actual amount paid is $2,700.00 (whether by a monthly credit or
other form of discount) an additional $300.00 would need to be purchased before the end of the month to
receive a credit for the following month.
